As a Social Media Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our brand visibility and engage with our target audience effectively. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and brand identity. - Create engaging content including text, images, videos, and infographics for the target audience. - Manage social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. - Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, respond to comments promptly, and foster a positive online community. - Track, analyze, and report on key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support campaign objectives. - Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, optimizing them for reach, engagement, and conversions. - Stay updated with the latest social media trends and apply insights to improve the company's social presence. - Address negative feedback or PR crises with strategic and timely communication. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. - Familiarity with social media tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, etc. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Understanding of major social media platforms and best practices. - Ability to create visually appealing content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. - Analytical mindset and experience in using data to drive decisions. - Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs. - Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building. - Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects. - Team player with a collaborative attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
