12+ years of experience in end-to-end project and delivery management. - Strong experience in procurement, supply chain, or e-commerce domain. - Proven track record of managing large-scale, crossfunctional projects. - Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. - Strong stakeholder and client management skills. - Excellent team leadership, resource management, and delivery governance experience. - Strong risk management, problemsolving, and decisionmaking abilities. - Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities in fastpaced environments. - Experience in process improvement and delivery optimization. - PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
