The Director, HCP Marketing leads the development and execution of HCP marketing strategies for COMP360, inclusive of personal promotion (field support) and non-personal promotion (digital/media). This role is responsible for shaping and executing an integrated HCP engagement strategy across both personal promotion and non-personal promotion). The Director will play a critical role in preparing the organization for commercialization, ensuring that promotional strategies are insight-driven, compliant, and aligned with launch objectives. This individual will partner closely with Commercial Operations, Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Corporate Communications, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Legal to deliver coordinated go-to-market initiatives that drives HCP awareness. Additionally, this role will directly manage and develop one team member. Location: Hybrid in our New York City office or remote on the East Coast, United States. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognise employees for their work and any role at Compass, regardless of the location, is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and equity. 【Base salary per annum】:
$220,000—$270,000 USD
