Key Responsibilities:
Prepare materials, documentation, and packaging for installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities. - Provide responsive hardware technical support and maintenance services for customers post-sale. - Design and deliver technical training for distributor Field Service Engineers and customer laboratory staff. - Perform routine on-site inspections to assess instrument performance and identify potential issues. - Maintain detailed service records, project documents, and technical reports. - Collaborate with sales, application, and R&D teams to improve product reliability and customer experience. Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree or above in Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines. - 3+ years of hands-on hardware maintenance experience in medical devices, precision analytical instruments, or life science equipment. - Proficiency in instrument assembly, circuit troubleshooting, mechanical calibration, and hardware fault resolution. - Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to draft clear project documents and technical records. - Strong learning agility, adaptability, and customer-focused mindset. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. - Prior experience servicing NGS sequencers or PCR instruments is preferred. - Familiarity with medical device quality systems and regulatory compliance standards. - Advanced expertise with electrical, mechanical, and optical components of laboratory instruments. - Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in field settings.
