**Job Description**
As a member of the Sprinklr team, your role will involve working directly with prospects and customers during sales cycles to showcase the full functionality of the Sprinklr CCaaS Omnichannel and Contact Center Intelligence and Automation platform. You will be responsible for owning all deliverables related to extensibility and integrations with customers, including developing value propositions, creating data-flow and entity-relationship diagrams, conducting integration demos, utilizing tools like Postman to showcase API's, and addressing RFPs. In addition, you will proactively recommend solution designs to customers by understanding their existing technology stack and demonstrating where Sprinklr can add value. Your contributions will help identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients, collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to enhance the platform solution, and contribute to the technical acumen development of your team. Furthermore, you will engage in strategic initiatives to further the development of the SA organization and create compelling presentations and collateral that highlight the solutions offered by Sprinklr. **Key Responsibilities**

**Qualifications Required**
8+ years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert in the latest contact center solutions with a focus on customer experience
Strong knowledge of Cloud Contact Center, VoIP, Telecom, and Networking domains
Hands-on experience with VoIP Protocols, Networking fundamentals, and QoS
Experience defining solution architecture for Conversational AI and Telephony/IVR systems
Technical knowledge of contact center environments and Contact Center Intelligence
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with vendors such as Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, and Twilio
Understanding of contact center and telephony technologies, including Voice technologies and WebRTC
