As an NPI Project Leader at a multinational renewable energy product manufacturing company, your role will involve driving New Product Introduction (NPI) projects to ensure successful implementation of new parts within a manufacturing environment. You will collaborate closely with factory teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and meeting the expected quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead NPI projects end-to-end based on approved project charters, including defining scope, budget, resources, and timelines. - Implement structured project execution using robust project management methodologies. - Coordinate with local factory teams and cross-functional stakeholders for seamless project delivery. - Monitor and report NPI Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project progress regularly. - Proactively identify project risks and develop effective mitigation plans. - Prepare comprehensive business cases to facilitate informed decision-making. - Ensure compliance with internal business procedures, safety protocols, quality standards, and cost targets. - Manage project budgets, expenses, and cash flow efficiently. - Optimize the utilization of allocated resources. Qualification & Experience:
Engineering Graduate with 12 to 16 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within reputed manufacturing organizations, automobile, or automotive component industry. - Demonstrated strong project management capabilities in a structured manufacturing environment. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with senior leadership, customers, and project teams. - Proficient in cross-cultural collaboration and fluent in spoken and written English. - Strong commitment to safety and quality as a role model.
