What You Will Do -You will develop and drive the actions to support SHO and WOR in the PSM area. -You will audit the execution of maintenance planning according systems and processes defined. -You will ensure that 100% of all PM activities scheduled have Work Order assigned. -You will control and manage the PM Cost. -You will ensure the correct use of the CMMS system: The documents and data relative the asset available need to be available monthly to Reliability Specialist (PM, Parts replacement, PM/PdM reports, RCFA, MTTR & MTBF, etc.). -You will establish and to be aligned with the production control for the weekly compliance with the PM program. Ensure that the PSM Team Knows equipment requirements, estimates labor needs, stages needed parts and Provides Planned Maintenance Plan. -You will keep the controls and basics of maintenance reliability within the standards world- class practice, service of planning and programming adequate to preventive and predictive maintenance being feasible for each type of equipment, aiming at Asset Management. Ensure the operation of machinery and equipment within the technical specifications of engineering. -You will develop, implement, maintain the use of Predictive tools to support maintenance's processes: (Gearbox inspection, thermography, oil analysis, vibration analysis, RCM and others). Keep control and inventory of potential failures (PF Curve), making decisions according to criticality, avoiding the unexpected stop or catastrophic failure. -You will support and manage the Planner daily activities focused on planning and scheduling. What We Are Looking For: -You with Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field -You with 3+ years of manufacturing experience in maintenance and/or engineering -You with 2 to 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment -You with experience in a Union environment -You with experience in a Continuous lmprovement /Zero Loss Concept / Plant Optimization /Total Productive Maintenance Leanenvironment/RCM -You with strong background and thorough understanding of maintenance systems and manufacturing equipment, with strong customer focus, both internal and external -You with solid background in scheduling, safety and project management -You with demonstrated leadership and coaching skills (Servant Leader), with strong Problem solving skills and mentality Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
