Lead a team of 60+ members (or 20+ for Associate Lead) to ensure productivity, engagement, and adherence to processes. - Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and quarterly appraisals while providing mentoring, coaching, and constructive feedback. - Handle sensitive situations professionally, make informed decisions, and promote a positive work culture. - Ensure SLA compliance across quality, productivity, TAT, shrinkage, attrition, and timely deliverables. - Monitor daily tasks, prioritize work, assign responsibilities, resolve operational challenges, and maintain process reports. - Communicate effectively with clients, conduct team briefings, and address escalations. **Qualifications Required:**
Minimum 5 8 years of overall work experience with at least 2 3 years in team leadership or operations management. - Proven experience in handling operations, client communication, and performance management in GIS/Mapping domain. - Strong people management and mentoring skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to manage SLA, quality, productivity, TAT, and reporting metrics. - Demonstrated proactive decision-making and problem-solving skills. - Must possess any graduation degree. - Must be willing to work from the office and in rotational shifts. - Must be ready to join immediately.
