As a Senior Analyst under Global Real Estate - Data Governance at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your responsibilities will include gathering and cleaning data, analyzing and tracking performance, visualizing data findings, preparing reports and presentations, collaborating with different teams, driving process improvements, managing program operations, and implementing change management strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather data from various sources and ensure accuracy by cleaning and preparing it for analysis. - Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Use statistical tools to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends. - Data Visualization: Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards for better understanding. - Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders, influencing decision-making processes. - Collaboration: Work with other teams to understand their data needs and help them make informed decisions based on data insights. - Process Improvement & Optimization: Drive continuous process improvements across multiple workstreams. - Program Operations Management: Oversee and manage the administrative and day-to-day operations of assigned business programs. - Change Management & Communications: Plan and execute communication and change management strategies for successful program implementation. Qualifications Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field. - Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE in Computer Science or related field. - Strong analytical skills, technical proficiency in data visualization tools, attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
