As an AM - Sales / Growth at our company, your primary role will be to lead and manage on-field college partnerships, seminar conduction, event management, and campus ambassadors onboarding. You will be responsible for forging strategic alliances with educational institutions, driving seminar and event execution, negotiating with potential partners, and representing the company at various events. Your strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills will be essential in delivering seamless events and establishing long-lasting relationships with colleges and educational bodies. Key Responsibilities:
College Partnerships: Identify, engage, and negotiate collaborations with colleges. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Event Management: Plan and execute seminars, webinars, and workshops. Handle logistics, budgeting, and speaker coordination. - Negotiation & Communication: Secure favorable deals, coordinate with teams and vendors, and resolve on-ground issues. - Reporting & Analysis: Track event success, maintain records, and provide market insights. Qualifications Required:
Education: Bachelors degree in any stream. Postgraduate qualifications are a plus. - Experience: Proven experience in business development, partnership building, or event management. Experience in conducting seminars, webinars, or workshops, preferably within the education sector. Prior experience in negotiations, sales, or marketing roles with a focus on building long-term relationships. - Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Event management expertise from conceptualization to execution. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and event management software. Additionally, you should possess the following personal attributes:
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and external partners. - Enthusiastic, approachable, and professional. - Ability to travel and be present on-field for events as required.
