As part of Justworks, the People Systems team is charged with delivering an amazing employee experience and ensuring our People & Talent systems, tools and processes support our growing people and business needs. You will be an integral part of Justworks’ growth and success by supporting and building HR systems, processes and ensuring they are documented and compliant, driving efficiency and solutions for the team and business. You will serve as a key point of contact for the organization’s HR systems questions and/or concerns. #

The base wage range for this position is targeted at $136,500 to $165,000 per year. #LI-Remote

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
