Plenti is a founder led business that launched in 2014, listed on the ASX since 2020 with annual revenue of over $250 million and a loan portfolio of over $3 billion. **About the role:**The Head of Data will lead Plenti’s data, analytics and business intelligence capability, redefining how data is generated, governed and leveraged across the organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for scaling our modern Databricks-based platform, building a best-in-class BI function, and driving the shift from retrospective reporting to forward-looking, automated decisioning embedded within customer and operational journeys. Partnering closely with Risk, Finance, Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations, the Head of Data will shape the strategy, operating model and culture needed to position data as a core enabler of growth, risk management and operational performance. Success in this role will require strong commercial acumen, a proven track record of building and leading high-performing data teams, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.
