What You'll Do:
Quote-to-signature support
Support day-to-day deal processing for the customer team, helping move quotes through to signed contracts accurately and on time. - Prepare and review quotes in our CRM (Hubspot) and e-signature tools (PandaDoc), checking for correct pricing, products, and contract terms before they go out. - Help Sales and Customer Success team members troubleshoot issues with quotes, contracts, and the tools they use to close business. - Track deals in flight and flag anything that is stuck or needs attention from deal leads. Help roll out pricing, discount, and packaging changes by updating quote templates, contract templates, and supporting documentation. - Spot-check how pricing and discounts are being applied across deals and flag inconsistencies. - Keep internal references (playbooks, FAQs, approval matrices) up to date so reps always have the latest guidance. Curiosity: A naturally inquisitive mindset — you ask “why”, you dig into details, and you are not satisfied with surface-level answers. - Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Nice to have
