● Oversee daily fiat and crypto settlement processes with market makers, liquidity providers, and exchanges across multiple entities ● Oversee wallet rebalancing, custody reconciliation, and liquidity thresholds to ensure accurate and timely operations ● Lead, coach, and develop an org of operations managers and specialists responsible for settlement,money movement, and account servicing activities ● Improve operational workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions, including automation tools ● Work with partners across trading operations, treasury, risk, engineering, and compliance to support secure and consistent operations
● 6+ years of experience in crypto operations, including settlement, custody, and money movement in an institutional setting ● 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams, with a track record of supporting team performance and growth ● Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, exchanges, and on-chain transactions ● Familiarity with global fiat payment systems and associated operational controls ● Experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews, with a clear understanding of risk management and compliance requirements

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process. Base Pay Range:

$230,000—$270,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$202,000—$238,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)
$179,000—$211,000 USD
