As a Head of Sales - Promo at our client, a leading IT organization specializing in SaaS-based enterprise platforms, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company's offerings across North America. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to enhance the sales performance, achieve revenue targets, and secure large enterprise deals. Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of revenue targets, including ARR, bookings, and pipeline, and drive SaaS revenue growth in North America. - Define and implement effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies, pricing models, and sales frameworks. - Build and lead high-performance sales teams to ensure successful execution of sales objectives. - Lead the negotiation and closure of enterprise deals, while managing pipeline, forecasting, and revenue metrics. - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive demand generation activities. - Establish strategic partnerships and alliances with enterprises globally to expand market reach. Qualifications Required:
Minimum 18 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 12 years in leadership roles. - Strong background in SaaS, digital transformation, eCommerce, ERP, or BPO solutions. - Proven track record of owning revenue (P&L) and successfully closing large deals. - Demonstrated experience in selling into North America, particularly the US markets. - Expertise in developing GTM strategies, managing pipelines, and accurate forecasting. - Proficiency in engaging with C-level executives and managing stakeholders effectively. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
