Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Energy Component products in an Agile environment. - Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and reusable components across the application portfolio. - Conduct architecture reviews and risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. - Drive the adoption of modern technologies and frameworks, focusing on Java and related ecosystems. - Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline the development process. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring alignment with architectural goals. - Participate in solution architecture and roadmap planning. - Ensure proper documentation and compliance with architectural guidelines. - New technology solution selection as required by business that fits into future state architecture. Qualifications Required:
15-20 years of experience in Core Java & Java EE, developing and implementing architecture frameworks and guiding enterprise-wide solution strategies. - Expertise in Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate), RESTful services, object-oriented design patterns, JSF (PrimeFaces preferred), JUnit, and Selenium. - Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases. - Expertise in Oracle, SQL/PLSQL. - Expertise in DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins) and Agile methodologies. - Proficiency in cloud technologies, preferably AWS. - Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, middleware, and integration patterns for seamless system interoperability. - Understanding of security protocols, encryption standards, and compliance regulations. - Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
