You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the retail sector. Your main responsibilities will include:
Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders and create effective sourcing strategies. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and vendor partnerships. - Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback. - Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for volume and niche retail roles. - Handle bulk hiring drives, campus recruitment, and walk-in interviews. - Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Negotiate salary and close positions within defined timelines. - Maintain recruitment trackers and generate regular reports. Qualifications and Skills required for this role are:
13 years of experience in NonIT recruitment, preferably in the retail domain. - Strong knowledge of retail hiring practices and market trends. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Strong sourcing, screening, and networking skills. - Good organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Additionally, Good to have Skills include:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - Prior experience hiring for store-level, frontline, and volumebased retail roles. - Knowledge of ATS tools, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portal platforms. - Ability to analyze hiring metrics (timetofill, offertojoin ratio, etc.).
