AI & Business Process Engineer
At Level Access, we believe AI should create meaningful, measurable impact for employees and leaders, not just experimentation. We are looking for an AI & Business Process Engineer to help transform how our People organization operates by designing and building AI-powered automations that reduce administrative burden, improve scalability, and create capacity across the People team. This role will partner closely with teams across HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Enablement, Internal Communications, Compensation, and EPMO to redesign and automate workflows that improve employee and manager experiences while enabling the People team to operate more strategically. You will not simply automate existing processes. You will partner with stakeholders to understand the underlying business problem, redesign workflows where needed, and build scalable solutions that simplify work and improve operational effectiveness. You will also help strengthen the operational foundations required for successful AI adoption by improving the quality, structure, and accessibility of People data, documentation, and processes that power automation workflows. Our environment is primarily built within the Microsoft ecosystem, and we are looking for someone who can maximize the capabilities of tools like Copilot and Power Platform while thoughtfully evaluating where additional platforms or integrations make sense. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and partners closely with the Technology team to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
