Maersk is seeking an Area LCL, FCL & CRM Business Development Manager to strengthen the product and commercial performance of our LCL, FCL and CRM (Insurance) product portfolio across South West Europe. You will build and enhance product awareness, and support sales teams while building a strong business pipeline, to drive growth and customer success. Position is available at any of the Maersk offices in Lille, Le Havre, Paris, or Marseille Key Responsibilities Product management Responsible for the strategic planning, marketing and execution of the product throughout its lifecycle. Executing product vision and strategy, gathering user requirements, creating a product roadmap, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing product launches, and analyzing product performance. Sales Enablement & Product Awareness Promote product value propositions to improve customer understanding and commercial impact. Guide sales teams across relevant verticals to support product growth and volume targets. Deliver product training for LCL, FCL, CRM (Insurance) and related solutions. Pipeline Development & Conversion Increase pipeline quantity and quality for assigned products across the Area. Identify conversion gaps and partner with internal stakeholders to close them. Coordinate product and sales activities to achieve commercial results. Customer & Opportunity Management Improve win‑ratio, retention‑ratio, and conversion‑ratio through structured pipeline actions. Analyze lost opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance competitiveness. Support onboarding of new customers and act as first escalation point when needed. Accountable for Strategic value proposition and business plan Area LCL volume growth target Roll-out of Product initiatives Enable volume growth on focused lanes, verticals, and segments Drive LCL product marketing champion What We're Looking For Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain products (LCL, FCL, Insurance). Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in sales, business development or product management in logistics or freight forwarding. Excellent office package skills and IT savvy Data driven analytical skills Visionary and strategic thinking Native French and Fluent English a must.
