Assistant Manager, Operational Risk and Safety

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations Safety, the Assistant Manager, Operational Risk and Safety will be a pivotal leader responsible for driving global operational safety, risk management, and strategic cross-functional initiatives. You will be responsible for exploring and executing different insurance options to enhance the protection of goods being delivered, driving critical risk and data analysis to weed out scams and frauds, and optimizing our proprietary Safety Incident Management Platform (SIMP). This role requires a high-caliber project manager who can seamlessly bridge the gap between global strategy and local market execution while managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
