10+ years of experience with expertise in process and application

As an Application Engineer in Alfa Laval, you will play a crucial role in contributing to a more sustainable future by providing expertise in the Power industry market. Your responsibilities will include:

Securing application expertise and leadership for our High Efficiency Heat Exchangers product portfolio

Monitoring trends and developments in specific industries, covering legislation, technology, and competitor intelligence

Developing guidelines for the smartest design related to this application

Supporting Sales companies with expertise and customer meetings

Sharing application knowledge via internal and external training You will collaborate closely with Sales Companies, Marketing teams, and Product Management. Reporting to the Global Sales Manager in BU WCT, this position will be based in Pune, India, with an expectation of approximately 15-20 days of travel per year. Alfa Laval offers a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work from home as needed. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for developing technical solutions and processes for customers. To excel in this role, you should have:

A solid engineering or technical background

Proven experience in the Power industry
