At Wallbox, we are driven by the mission of global sustainable energy use. We are looking for a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our procurement operations, handling complex administrative tasks and ensuring that all materials, services, and equipment are coordinated with precision to fuel our growth. Responsibilities & Objectives
Procurement Management: Lead the purchasing of materials, equipment, construction goods, and services for the department. - Inventory & Vendor Relations: Maintain inventory levels according to guidelines; proactively contact vendors to determine product availability, cost, and quality. - System Optimization: Efficiently manage purchasing data within our automated systems and prepare informal requests for quotations (RFQs). - Research & Analysis: Analyze products, substitutions, and shipping options. Evaluate price vs. quality differences and manage warranties, acting as the primary liaison between providers and the department. - Monitoring & Oversight: Track the status of departmental bids, purchases, requisitions, and service contracts to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. - Problem Solving: Resolve discrepancies regarding shortages, damaged deliveries, or deviations from specifications, responding effectively to both internal and vendor inquiries. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics. - Core Skills: Proven experience establishing purchase orders (POs) and tracking invoices. - Stakeholder Management: Solid experience dealing directly with both suppliers and customers. - Education: Professional studies in Business, Logistics, Administration, or a related field. - Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
