Key Responsibilities:
Execute all engineering operations as per established ARPL standards and procedures. - Adhere to cGMP procedures and company policies. - Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards within the company. - Ensure adherence to departmental procedures and online documentation practices. - Execute preventive maintenance of process, packing, warehouse, and microbiology equipment as per approved schedules. - Handle maintenance-related activities within process areas and service areas. - Coordinate with user departments for completion of maintenance work requests and corrective maintenance work orders. - Carry out annual maintenance contracts of machines in coordination with vendors. - Supervise contractors on a daily basis for follow-up and completion of maintenance activities. - Monitor and coordinate with user departments for maintenance issues, ensuring timely completion of maintenance requests. - Manage engineering inventory and maintain minimum stock availability for engineering spares. - Plan, execute, coordinate, and maintain quality in upcoming engineering projects in line with cGMP and organizational requirements. - Create material management requisitions in SAP for material procurement related to process engineering. - Ensure personal adherence to compliance programs, including Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in industry with hands-on experience in OSD formulation production equipment (Wet Granulation, Compaction, Compression, Capsule filling, and Coating)
Good knowledge in engineering activities, GDP, and GMP documents
Capable of managing and troubleshooting fully automated production equipment
Exposure to Compression KORSCH and GEA machines and Gerties Roll Compactor will be an added advantage
Good interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
Knowledge in SAP PM/MM modules, QMS activities, SAP, Excel, MS Project, etc. - Skills in project and plant maintenance
