Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary technical owner and point of contact for end-to-end program delivery. - Drive architecture, system design, and technical decision-making across mobile, web, and backend systems. - Ensure alignment with business goals, scalability, and long-term maintainability. - Contribute to hands-on coding across critical components in mobile, web, and backend layers. - Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting for complex issues. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and engineering best practices. - Drive adoption of AI-led SDLC practices to improve development speed, quality, and efficiency. - Leverage tools such as Claude or similar AI assistants for coding, testing, and optimization. - Lead and mentor a team of 510 engineers, ensuring productivity, engagement, and quality delivery. - Provide technical guidance, conduct design discussions, and support skill development within the team. - Collaborate with product, business, UX, and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions by managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs. - Establish and enforce best practices in CI/CD, testing, deployment, and system reliability. 7+ years of experience in full stack development with proven technical leadership experience. - Strong hands-on expertise in mobile (iOS and Android), web (Angular, React), and backend (Java or Python) development. - Solid understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations. - Experience designing scalable and high-performance distributed systems. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. - Proven experience in AI-assisted development and AI-driven SDLC practices. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design capabilities.
