We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to support client acquisition and growth for company's pioneering digital payment solutions. #### Key Responsibilities
Build robust payments industry network and manage full sales cycle for enterprises, payment firms, and merchants. - Develop targeted acquisition strategies for new merchant/corporate accounts using consultative, blockchain-savvy approach. - Nurture key client relationships, resolve issues promptly, and ensure exceptional experience to drive retention. - Track sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and refine strategies for existing accounts. - Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Operations, and Leadership; stay ahead of digital asset/payment trends. #### Requirements
7+ years sales experience in banking, fintech, or blockchain payments; proven B2B revenue growth. - Bachelor’s in business/finance (preferred); strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments; proficient in MS Office and CRM (e.g., HubSpot). - Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities. - Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
