Job Description Summary To support increasing BAU demands across both the IT Service Delivery and Information Security functions. Job Description Responsibilities: IT Service Delivery Assist in analyzing ServiceNow incident and service‑request data for service improvement planning. Interview users to identify service pain points and produce findings reports for improvement discussions with outsourced IT Service Provided. Act as a backup support staff for local IT service needs not covered by group IT. Help maintaining IT control documentation and CMDB data accuracy across applications. Information Security Support monthly and quarterly Security Awareness Training metric reporting. Assist in data classification documentation works Assist in Entitlement Reviews process.
