Interpreting brand strategy and defining content direction and messaging frameworks
Ensuring consistent pull-through of key messages across all assets
Providing guidance and oversight to content writers for effective execution
Reviewing content for scientific accuracy, alignment, and compliance readiness
Collaborating with cross-functional teams for campaign and content planning
Driving content quality, consistency, and efficiency across the TA POD
In terms of Content Strategy & Message Development, your tasks will involve:
Brand narrative development and message prioritization
Omnichannel content planning and modular content design
Clinical data interpretation from Phase IIIV trials
Understanding global and regional regulatory frameworks
For Content Governance, you will be responsible for:
Developing content guardrails and messaging frameworks
Ensuring cross-asset consistency and scientific accuracy
Qualifications required for this role include:
Masters degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Medicine
Understanding of promotional medical content writing
Experience in directing medical writers to ensure quality output and adherence to brand strategy
Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) is a plus
Additionally, you should have:
Approximately 12+ years of experience in medical content writing and content management/medical advisory roles
Understanding of pharma marketing, brand strategy, and communications
Proficiency in English spoken and written
Ability to simplify complex medical concepts for non-specialist audiences
Familiarity with SEO, UX writing, social media marketing, and email automation
Experience using content management systems (CMS), CRM platforms (Veeva, Salesforce), and analytics tools
Excellent project management and cross-team collaboration skills
