As an experienced Business Development / Client Acquisition Specialist, your role will be to secure international projects from foreign clients for our IT team. You should excel in finding qualified leads, pitching services, writing strong proposals, managing client communication, and converting opportunities into ongoing projects. Your main responsibility is to consistently bring in projects and cultivate long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach international clients for IT service projects
Generate qualified leads through ethical and professional outreach
Prepare and submit proposals on platforms or direct channels
Build and optimize company/service portfolios and profiles professionally
Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements
Coordinate client meetings, project discussions, and follow-ups
Collaborate with our internal team to match client needs with the right service offering
Assist in securing projects with a target starting from $2,000/month, with growth toward $10,000/month projects over time
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term contracts
Qualifications Required:
Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or client acquisition for IT/software/digital services
Strong understanding of winning projects from international clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills
Experience with freelance platforms, outbound lead generation, outreach, email outreach, or agency sales is a plus
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Strong professional ethics and client-handling skills
Availability for client meetings and requirement discussions when needed
Compensation:
Performance-based compensation
1% incentive on project completion
