Must-Haves
10+ years of experience in financial data analysis, reporting, and accounting — ideally with meaningful time in a high-growth tech or startup environment. - Deep, hands-on experience with financial modeling and the ability to build and pressure-test complex models from scratch. - Proven track record of preparing financial statements and owning the end-to-end close process with full accountability for accuracy. - Experience working with auditors, including working directly with external auditors and building the internal controls to support them. - A genuine command of AI and automation tools — you actively use them in your workflow today, and you have a point of view on how to build an AI-native finance function. - Ability to partner at the leadership level, translate financial complexity into plain language, and influence decisions across the org. - Collaborative working style with a bias toward cross-functional alignment, and real comfort operating in ambiguous, 0-to-1 environments. #
Work Location Policy
