Key Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and optimize product development workflows in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and AI teams
- Implement workflow automation using AI and collaboration tools to enhance efficiencies
- Contribute to building AI-powered operational use cases such as automated reporting, requirement summarization, and sprint insights
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle in an Agile environment by working closely with Product Managers
- Collect and organize product metrics and performance data to build dashboards and reporting systems
- Act as a connector between Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and GTM teams to improve product operations
- Help manage and optimize core product management and collaboration tools like Jira, Airtable, Confluence, and AI productivity tools
- Research, evaluate, and implement new tools to improve efficiency and automation maturity
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 34 years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or Process Improvement roles
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle in Agile environments and workflow automation concepts and tools
- Hands-on or working knowledge of AI tools, AI use cases in product or business workflows, and collaboration tools like Jira, Airtable, Confluence
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in or with technology-driven organizations
