SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred. • Two to four years of experience in safety, field operations, fleet support, compliance, industrial operations, construction, manufacturing, or a related environment preferred. • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred. • First Aid/CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain. • Experience reviewing safety documentation, conducting inspections, supporting training, or tracking corrective actions preferred. • Experience with fleet management systems, vehicle compliance tracking, or maintenance coordination preferred. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills required. • Strong teamwork and communication skills required. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after appropriate training. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities required.
