As a Global Sales Associate for international markets based in Hyderabad, your role will involve building outbound pipelines using tools like Apollo.io & Seamless.AI. You will be responsible for reaching out to decision-makers across the US, Australia, and MENA regions via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Booking qualified demos/meetings will be your core KPI, and it is essential to maintain clean CRM hygiene by tracking every call and follow-up. You will need to understand how global buyers think compared to Indian buyers and adapt your pitch accordingly. Additionally, working closely with founders and the senior sales team on closing strategies is crucial. Qualifications required for this role include fluency in English with clear, confident, global communication skills (accent-neutral). Prior experience in B2B, Inside Sales, or International Sales is preferred. You should be comfortable speaking with CXOs, founders, and global stakeholders and be able to work in flexible shifts aligned with US/AUS time zones. High ownership is key in this role, as you are expected to take initiative without waiting to be told what to do. In this position, you will have direct exposure to international markets and enterprise-level conversations. You will be working on real deals rather than just passing leads, and high performers who demonstrate ownership, drive, and a focus on results have opportunities for rapid career growth.
