Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and performance management

Qualification Required:

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of the scientific products market and customer needs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
