As the Content and Communication Manager, your role involves leading the Content and Communications function for the Alfa Laval India Sales Region. You will be a trusted partner to the business, translating business priorities into clear and relevant communication strategies aligned with industry drivers, customer needs, and commercial objectives. Your responsibilities include:
Leading the Content & Communication function for the region with full ownership of outcomes, quality, and delivery. - Acting as a proactive partner to stakeholders, understanding context, anticipating needs, and shaping communication approaches that support business success. - Developing and driving content strategies that enhance engagement, digital performance, and overall marketing effectiveness in collaboration with the digital marketing team. - Anchoring the strategic marketing plan for the region, understanding industry drivers, business objectives, and designing thoughtful campaigns for focus areas. - Leading internal communication initiatives to drive clarity, alignment, and engagement across the organization. - Strengthening external positioning through PR, industry engagement, and partnerships in priority segments. - Ensuring brand consistency while adapting messaging to business context, industry nuances, and audience needs. - Managing marketing investments and budget with a focus on ROI, effectiveness, and outcome tracking. Qualifications Required:
Engineering Graduate + MBA (Preferred) from Tier-1 institutes with a minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience. - Hands-on exposure in handling Agency, Organizers, and Paid media. - B2B market knowledge is a plus. - Able to draw valid conclusions from large amounts of complex information. - Networking and influencing skills. - Proven experience in communication and presentation skills, simplifying complexity. - Experience working across functions and building trust with diverse stakeholders. - Hands-on capability with content creation and project management.
