Associate - Multi Asset Solutions - Portfolio Management

As an Associate in the Multi-Asset Solutions team at JPMorgan Chase & Co., your role will involve working with Portfolio Managers to support asset allocation decisions and enhance the investment process to meet client requirements. This global role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multi-location teams across various asset classes. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare regular updates on performance, cash balance, positioning, and market updates. - Develop risk, performance, and attribution analytics. - Conduct in-depth research on asset classes, regions, countries, sectors, and instruments. - Assist in portfolio construction for new business opportunities. - Monitor ESG factors, strategy changes, risk analysis, and account-specific implications. - Perform sleeve comparisons and suggest relative value trades. - Assist in presenting investment ideas and research to clients. - Produce backtests of trading strategies and time series analytics. - Conduct custom analytics and research to address client requirements. - Automate regular tasks and analytics. - Assist with bespoke thematic research requests and long-term strategic projects. - Collaborate with other teams to enhance the core functions of the Portfolio Management team. **Qualifications:**
• Postgraduate degree in Management, Engineering, Math, or Economics from a top-tier institute; CFA would be advantageous. - Minimum 4 years of industry experience in data analytics or quant-oriented roles. - Knowledge of the ESG space would be beneficial. - Strong numerical skills and understanding of financial markets. - Proficiency in Bloomberg and familiarity with ESG data. - Hands-on experience in VBA Macros or Python. - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multi-location setup. - Detail-oriented with the ability to work to high standards. - Motivated to learn and manage projects independently. - Passion for Capital Markets.
