Research Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving daily/weekly/monthly complete interview targets as per project requirements. You will need to maintain respondent quota distribution by geography, demographics, and industry sector, ensuring the timely start and closure of allocated sample batches. It will be your responsibility to accurately record responses in the CATI system without paraphrasing or personal interpretation and adapt quickly to new survey tools, scripts, and quality control procedures.
