Mochi is scaling fast, and we're looking for a Lead Recruiter to build and run our recruiting function. You'll manage a team of senior and associate recruiters, own our highest-stakes searches personally, and set the strategy and standards for how Mochi hires across engineering, product, clinical, and operations. This is a builder role. You'll inherit a recruiting team that's already moving fast and shape it into a world-class hiring engine: better pipelines, sharper interview loops, higher offer acceptance, and a candidate experience that reflects the caliber of the company we're building. You'll partner directly with our executive team on workforce planning and own the metrics that determine whether Mochi can scale at the pace we need. You'll lead the team, but you'll also stay close to the work. The hardest executive and leadership searches will run through you personally. ### What You'll Do
