What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement cross-venue liquidity strategies with a deep understanding of market microstructure, order book dynamics, and execution optimization
- Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant trading infrastructure that can handle 24/7 crypto market operations
- Architect low-latency trading systems that can execute strategies across CeFi and DeFi venues simultaneously
- Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and auto-recovery systems for trading operations
What We Look For In You
- Deep understanding of market making concepts, including spread modeling, inventory management, adverse selection, and order flow toxicity
- Experience with cross-venue trading strategies, arbitrage identification, and understanding of venue-specific market dynamics
- Knowledge of network protocols, TCP/UDP optimization, and WebSocket connections
- Proficiency in Rust/C++ language
- Strong understanding of building high-performance, low-latency distributed systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, AliCloud, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure
- Passion for trading and genuine interest in crypto markets
- Experience with backtesting frameworks and strategy simulation
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in proprietary trading, market making, or quantitative research roles
