Role Overview: You will be joining HSBC's International Wealth and Premier Banking team, which aims to provide borderless banking and world-class wealth management services to individuals, families, business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs. As a PRM & SPRM, you will play a crucial role in growing and nurturing HSBC Premier relationships, specifically with High Net Worth Individuals, to achieve business targets and provide high-quality customer service in line with Global Premier Service Standards. Your key responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for wealth reviews, delivering wealth solutions, and maintaining the highest standards of integrity towards the bank, clients, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Maximize profit and growth of Premier clients portfolio
Achieve agreed financial targets by developing existing and new relationships
Build effective relationships with clients to retain and develop sustainable relationships
Complete regular reviews with clients to understand their current and long-term needs and advise them on products and services
Maintain a minimum standard of qualifying Premier clients within the portfolio
Develop a network of professional contacts to introduce new business and enhance technical knowledge
Monitor and act on daily sales activity management information to support business goals
Establish client contact strategies in line with Group operating models
Utilize Client Relationship Management data to ensure all client information is complete and up to date
Demonstrate excellent understanding of client needs, recommend appropriate products and services, and achieve closure of sales
