As a Bank Authorizer in the Branch Banking department, your primary job purpose is to provide best in-class customer service to become the banking partner of choice through efficient and cost-effective customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include client engagement, customer service, operations, liability build-up, cross sales at the designated branch, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met. **Roles & Responsibilities:**

Engage with customers daily on the assigned customer portfolio for CA/SA/TD build-up, Asset & Wealth cross-sell. - Achieve business targets assigned as per the performance scorecard. - Provide need-based product solutions to clients, aligning their requirements with business specifics. - Assess customer propensity and ensure higher product penetration per relationship. - Refer existing customers for more business opportunities. - Create a customer-focused approach for quick resolution of all queries and complaints. - Ensure adherence to banking regulations & policies including Anti Money Laundering, KYC, Data & Information security, etc. - Assist in closing all observations on audit reports. - Manage client relationships and provide customer services related to retail banking operations. **Secondary Responsibilities:**
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines. - Provide best in-class customer service to become the banking partner of choice. **Education Qualification:**
Graduation in Bachelors in Engineering / Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management or any other graduation degree. **Experience:**
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business.
