**Technical Responsibilities:**
Monitor and maintain the reliability, availability, and performance of production services and infrastructure
Conduct end-to-end reviews for Customer Journeys from an experience perspective
Develop and maintain automation tools and processes for system provisioning and monitoring
Analyze system performance and capacity trends for optimal resource utilization
Implement security best practices and ensure regulatory compliance
Continuously evaluate and enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance
Document system designs, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing

Develop a comprehensive reliability engineering strategy for high availability and fault tolerance
Design scalable architecture solutions to accommodate future growth
Define and implement monitoring and alerting strategies

**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
8+ years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of SRE principles and practices
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
Knowledge of software applications, infrastructure, and monitoring tools
Experience with scripting, automation, and cloud platforms
Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail skills
