AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world business applications. - Build scalable end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment. - Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and optimization. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows. - Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability. - Deploy models using APIs and containerized environments. - Monitor model performance and implement retraining strategies. - Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Teams. - Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and best practices. Technical Skills Required:

• Programming & Core Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles

• Machine Learning & AI

• Hands-on experience with supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms

• Experience with ensemble models (XGBoost, Random Forest, etc.)

• Deep learning experience (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Keras)
