Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in process reviews and provide input for potential process improvements
- Support central project team in developing the PDL template processes
- Explain business requirements and provide business scenarios
- Plan, prepare, and execute end-user training
- Communicate and train local users in new functionality or process changes
- Execute testing of new functionality when needed and prioritize change requests
- Execute goods receiving, picking & packing tasks, and packaging in accordance with defined processes and KPIs
- Ensure items and locations are kept in order, quantities are correct, and areas are clean
- Ensure waste separation is done according to EMS guidelines
Qualifications Required:

Relevant experience and knowledge from the distribution center

Open-minded, communicative, and curious with a desire to learn

Independent with high integrity and knowledge of Alfa Lavals products and organization

Familiarity with Alfa Laval/Operations concepts, strategies, and ALPS

Strong problem resolution and change management skills

Your responsibilities will include executing daily warehouse tasks, participating in process reviews, supporting in change management, and training local users on new functionality or process changes. Additionally, you will be involved in providing test cases, executing testing of new functionality, and raising change requests in alignment with central teams and other DCs.
