As a People Technology Partner at Curriculum Associates, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of People technology strategy and roadmap. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with People team leadership to align technology strategy with business goals, evaluating emerging HR technologies, and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and employee experience. Business Acumen: Ability to understand HR processes and advise on technology solutions
Technology Strategy: Capability to align HR technology with organizational goals
HRIS Expertise: Deep knowledge of HR applications and platforms
System Configuration & Maintenance: Proficiency in implementing global solutions
Project Management: Experience in leading system implementations and upgrades
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Change Management: Skilled in driving user adoption of new technologies
Innovation Mindset: Ability to identify emerging HR tech trends and recommend solutions
Experience mentoring junior analysts or leading cross-functional teams
Training & Enablement: Capability to develop training materials and conduct user training sessions
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data, configurations, and documentation
Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in Workday Reporting and Excel for creating dashboards and reports
Security & Compliance: Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, and internal data governance standards In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be required to have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree or certifications like PMP or Workday preferred) and 7+ years of experience in HR technology or HRIS. Travel for this role is expected to be less than twice per month, and the work environment is a standard office setting with accommodations made as necessary. Collaborate with People team leadership to align technology strategy and initiatives with business goals
Evaluate emerging HR technologies and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and employee experience
Develop and maintain the HR technology roadmap in partnership with the Senior Manager, HR Technology
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies
Act as a product owner and subject matter expert in Absence, Benefits, and Compensation
Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday in area(s) of expertise
Conduct system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules or features
Ensure data integrity, perform audits, and manage data flows between systems
Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for HR metrics and compliance
Provide support for HR system issues and mentor junior analysts as needed
