As a Digital Marketing Manager at CapSync in Surat, you will play a crucial role in leading marketing activities for Aloola under the guidance of the CEO and Sales Leadership. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, project manage, and execute online and offline marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive demand. Your keen understanding of the digital analytics industry will be essential in building strong relationships with partners and customers to create impactful campaigns across various media channels. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Strategize, plan, and execute campaigns across paid, earned, shared, and owned media. - Strategic Support and Content Creation: Develop presentations, collateral, and other materials to support sales and other business functions. - Partner Marketing: Cultivate strong relationships with partners and customers to assist the regional sales team when necessary. - Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for social media, web articles, email, PR, webinars, and sales presentations. - Events and Tradeshows: Lead the management of events and sponsorships, collaborating with regional sales and business development teams. - Reporting: Define goals and KPIs, track campaign performance, and prepare reports on success and deliverables. - Support: Assist in global marketing campaigns, channels, and programs to achieve overall marketing goals. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications; MBA is a plus. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably in the digital analytics or technology industry. Benefits:
