Key Responsibilities:
Manage learning activities by overseeing associate training on complex systems, processes, and programs. - Utilize learning management systems to monitor, track, and report on learning activities. - Incorporate trainee feedback and performance metric results to improve course facilitation. - Evaluate program effectiveness against business objectives and oversee the maintenance of digital resources. - Collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance teams for timely program delivery. - Support facilitators and team members by providing feedback, assessing performance, and recommending additional training. - Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and technical concepts. - Communicate effectively with technical teams to align learning solutions with industry advancements. - Model compliance with company policies, support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. - Provide expert advice, align efforts to meet customer and business needs, and build commitment for perspectives and rationales. Qualifications Required:
Bachelors Degree in a related field and 4-5 years of industry/related experience. - Proficiency in blended training delivery methodologies and classroom training delivery. - Experience with managing Learning Management Systems, course administration, and curation. - Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use AI for data analysis. - Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, build program dashboards, and manage senior management reporting. - Experience working with stakeholders, providing clear program updates and reports. - Knowledge of Adult Learning Theories and experience in the Retail industry is a plus. - Result-oriented, quality-conscious, with the ability to think and act strategically and tactically.
