Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new GCC clients across various industries such as BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, etc. - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure. - Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in GCCs. - Develop account strategies to grow existing GCC accounts. - Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams to develop customized solutions. - Achieve and surpass revenue targets and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Stay informed about GCC market trends, competitors, and industry advancements. Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Services Sales, Consulting Sales, or GCC Sales. - Demonstrated success in closing deals with GCCs or captive centers. - Strong grasp of Digital Transformation, Engineering Services, QA/Testing, or IT Services. - Experience in engaging with mid-market to enterprise clients. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
