As a Technical Project Manager in the Data & AI Professional Services team based in Bangalore, you will lead large-scale Data & AI programs. Your role will involve program delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and financial oversight without direct team management or hands-on technical work. **Key Responsibilities:**
Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI programs including AI/ML, Data Engineering, Analytics, MLOps, and BI
Manage global, multi-vendor delivery environments with a focus on timelines, quality, and risk
Support pre-sales activities, estimation, and SOW creation to ensure delivery feasibility
Take ownership of program financials such as revenue, margins, and forecasting
Drive client stakeholder engagement and governance forums
Mentor teams to ensure adherence to delivery best practices (no direct reporting involved)
**Qualifications Required:**
Bachelors degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience
Advanced degree is preferred
Mandatory certifications in PMP & Agile/Scrum
Background in Professional Services, Consulting, or System Integration
Experience in managing enterprise-scale Data & AI programs
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Exposure to pre-sales activities and SOW development
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams (no hands-on role)
Understanding of Data & AI architectures, AI/ML lifecycle, and MLOps
Familiarity with Data Engineering, Big Data, and Cloud platforms
Knowledge of data governance frameworks
Strong conceptual understanding of technical aspects; hands-on expertise not required
