Vast is looking for a reporting to the to support hiring across our Business Development, Marketing, and other corporate functions. This role will play a critical part in building the teams that enable Vast’s mission to design and build artificial-gravity human-rated space stations. This is a , position located in our location. #### Responsibilities
Own end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles across Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Operations, and other non-technical functions, operating with minimal guidance and sound independent judgment. - Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, leading structured intake meetings to define role requirements, interview strategy, success criteria, and clear expectations while building trusted, advisory relationships. - Use data, market insights, and business context to influence hiring decisions, balance competing priorities, and deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes. - Own sourcing and engagement strategies to identify and attract top and passive talent through diverse channels, effectively communicating Vast’s mission, value proposition, and growth opportunity. - Own the candidate experience by delivering personalized, transparent, and engaging journeys; facilitate interviews, feedback, and debriefs with professionalism and inclusivity. - Lead offer strategy and execution, including motivation-based offers, compensation discussions, and negotiations through close. - Drive recruiting excellence through consistent processes, metric-driven prioritization, continuous improvement initiatives, and mentorship of junior recruiters. #### Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, with a focus on corporate or non-technical roles

$103,000—$160,000 USD
