Enterprise Architect - Healthcare

As an Enterprise Architect in the Healthcare sector at ZS, you will play a crucial role in designing robust and scalable data solutions consistent with industry practices. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building deep expertise in a broad set of data technologies and platforms like Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and Hadoop. - Driving technical architecture and design discussions with internal and client groups to brainstorm and finalize technology solutions. - Staying current on the latest technological trends and leading the effort to develop ZS's point of view for strategic decision-making. - Innovating and scaling tech assets to advance ZS's technology offerings. - Defining and evangelizing the adoption of Data Architecture capabilities and standards. - Establishing a technical strategy, standards, and guidelines in the data architecture domain. - Grooming junior team members and fostering a culture of rapid learning and explorations to drive innovations. To excel in this role, you should have:
• A Bachelor's degree with specialization in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines. - 12+ years of experience in designing data engineering solutions for Health Payers and Providers. - Expertise in architecting modern data ecosystems leveraging technologies such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and Hadoop. - Proficiency in data modeling, ingestion frameworks, data governance, and compliance. - Experience in guiding teams through complex data migrations and modernization efforts. - Leadership skills in aligning business needs with technical roadmaps and enabling analytics, AI/ML, and decision intelligence. - Proficiency in Agile delivery models and stakeholder management. Additional skills like thought leadership in data engineering, experience in data governance, curation, data quality, and master data management will be preferred.
